PSYCH-K® (Psychological Kinesiology) is an energy psychology modality created in 1988 by Robert Williams. After transitioning from the corporate world into psychotherapy, he studied numerous transformational practices and developed PSYCH-K® as an intuitive, effective way to reprogram the subconscious mind.
At its core, PSYCH-K® is a collection of processes designed to create immediate, positive shifts in your mindset and belief system. Each process is called a balance, which helps integrate new beliefs at a deep, subconscious level.

- Muscle testing = the monitor (showing what’s on your hard drive).
- PSYCH-K® balances = the keyboard and mouse (allowing us to reprogram it).

How Is PSYCH-K® Done? (Step-by-Step Process)
